By Danny Ricks

Square scarf is a clothing accessory that is ideal to enhance any look and outfit. Square scarves can be made from cotton, polyester, silk or even heavy wool knits. These scarves offer you comfort, protection and the sense of confidence. They are actually a great investment because they can be used regardless of one's age and physique.

Scarves come in various types of fabrics. They may be made from cotton, polyester, silk or even wool knits. These are used not just because it is in fashion but also because of its practical use. You may use it during a bad hair day or to keep you warm.

Square scarves can be worn to add glamour and sophistication to a plain dress, sweater or even shirts. How you wear them largely depends on its size and shape. You may want to use it as a triangular band, flat band or roll it to a tie. Because of it's flexibility, there are a lot of ways on how you can wear it. Below are just some ways to wear a square scarf.

Trendy Bandana. Fold it down diagonally to create a big triangle. Wrap your head with it to match your sporty attire. You may want to wear it to give a cute, sweet, peasant-girl look, wearing it straight across the front and back or tilt it to one side to give a more fashionable chic look.

Trendy Neckerchief and Belt. Make a triangle again as mentioned above but this time, roll it to make a tie. Wear it around your neck and then tie it with a knot in front. This can give you a casual chic look. You can also wear that rolled scarf around your waist and use it as a trendy belt.

Trendy Bracelet. If it can be used as an alternative necklace, you can use it as an alternative bracelet as well. It is a contemporary style but it is surely fashionable. Just wrap your wrist with your rolled scarf several times until it reaches the end. Tie a knot and make sure it is sufficient to hold the scarf in place but not too tight to make your hands numb.

Another popular trend today is wearing them as head bands. Fold your scarf diagonally to form a thin band. Tie your hair up using a ponytail and then tie the scarf around your head, just like a head band, securing it with a knot at the back of your neck. You may want to hide the end of your knot inside the scarf to make it neat. When all is set, release your hair from the pony tail. Another version of making it as a hair accessory is tying it around your hair tie.

Trendy Accessory. The good thing with these scarves is that you can use it also with some of your personal things to make it hip as well. If you don't feel like wearing it on yourself, you can tie to your bag strap or purse to make your fashion sense. You can also use it to your straw hat to add exquisiteness.

There are a lot of ideas on how you will wear this piece of accessory. It is really a great add-on to your set of wardrobe as it doesn't get out of fashion. It is basically flexible and versatile. All you have to do is try to learn styles on how you can apply them. Be creative. For sure, you will realize that square scarf is one valuable clothing accessory. - 31807
